In 2018, we started Parse Pay—a cloud-based, digital-first platform purpose-built for quick-service and fast-casual establishments—to streamline and simplify payment acceptance, operations management, and customer engagement. At the onset of the pandemic, we shifted our focus to developing features and functions for quick-service restaurants–an industry undergoing transformational change due to new technology and customer expectations.
In more recent times, we have rebranded the company to Radish to better reflect our specialized POS solution for quick-service restaurants. Radish is much more than a point-of-sale application. We provide a broad array of software solutions to critical challenges such as self-service menu management, insights and analytics, payment processing, online ordering, and staff management, among other features.
