Our Company

As the industry rebounds from the pandemic, operating a quick-service restaurant (QSR) is more complex and challenging than ever. A few of the ongoing challenges quick-service restaurants face are adapting to changing guest preferences, serving customers through various channels, and trying to simplify a complicated technology ecosystem.
That's why we're here. In 2018, we started Parse Pay—a cloud-based, digital-first platform purpose-built for quick-service and fast-casual establishments—to streamline and simplify payment acceptance, operations management, and customer engagement.
In 2024, we strategically rebranded the company to Radish to better reflect our specialized POS solution for quick-service restaurants.
Radish is much more than a point-of-sale application. We provide a broad array of software solutions to critical challenges such as self-service menu management, insights and analytics, payment processing, online ordering, and staff management, among other features.
